Information on Returns and Refunds

The items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order, the return costs are borne by the Customer.
For in-store collections, the maximum exchange time is 7 days from the order, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
For in-store collections, there is no refund but only an item exchange with the same model or different model.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returns or replacements of boxes and accessories such as bags, necklaces, belts, earrings and swimsuits.

Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at your expense.

Furthermore, Divina reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not satisfy the conditions imposed, to send it back with costs and charges to be borne by the Customer.

Exchange
We accept both changes in size or color of the same model, if available. The return shipping of the item subject to exchange is the responsibility of the Customer.

Defective goods
Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products vi
we ask you to follow the same return procedure. Divina reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns.

Reimbursement
You can request a refund for the item among the return options available. You must send the product including the receipt to the address via Enrico de Nicola n°12 Cimitile (NA) 80030, after the inspection the refund will be made.

Purchase voucher
In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), Divina will endeavor to issue a purchase voucher for the
same amount spent by the Customer that can be used on the site within 10 days from the date of delivery. We also remind you that the amount of the voucher will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as regulated in Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
This right can be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase the goods for non-purposes
related to your professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity).

Important
If the package is returned without a receipt, the return will not be accepted .
